i have a marriage-to-citizen based application. i wait for almost 3 years already.
I had my interview in garden city 1/19/04. The interview officer was very picky. although the name check was back. she said she would approve my case within that week. however, i have not received anything so far.
i am paranoid now. there is one thing -- i was stupid to put my english name as a middle name on my son's birth certificate, she wrote that name on her sheet, do you think she changes her mind, and issue another name check with the name on my son's birth certificate, if so, would that be a problem, as it is literally one A#, will that cause problem? how much long do I have to wait for that to clear roughly?
