9/21/2016 Did Finger print at USCIS Elizabeth NJ center
10/15/2016 Case Is In Line For An Interview
I have some family issues need to take care out of USA right away. I plan to stay out of USA for 4-5 months until my interview date.
Since I am out-of-USA, my landlord agree to check the USCIS N-400 interview notice for me.
But she is pretty busy with several business to take care, so the N-400 interview notice may be lost in the mail.
I will keep track USCIS case status website every day when I am abroad.
I will fly back to USA in a 3-5 days after the status is changed to "Interview scheduled".
If I do not get the N-400 interview notice when I am back to USA, I will request a infopass interview as soon as possible.
Infopass interview is always scheduled in next 14 days. And N-400 interview date is usually 30+ days later than the status is changed to "Interview scheduled".
So when I come to my infopass interview, I should not miss my N-400 interview date yet.
If the infopass USCIS officer find out my N-400 interview days is in the next 3-5 days, it will be too late to send the notice by mail again.
Can infopass officer re-print the N-400 interview notice lost in the mail during my infopass interview ?
If not, how can I catch up the N-400 interview day in the next 3-5 days? (Can I walk in on that day without an interview notice?)
I will leave USA in the next 24 hours.
