1.485申请被退回两次。case status上说we rejected your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, because it was not filed correctly. 所需文件就是上面所列的吗？还需要其他文件吗？我放了I-131和I-765 form,和其他文件。可能非必需的文件放的太多了。想跟您确认只是需要以下文件吗？下面是之前请教您的问题和回复。

-It is very simple, not need lawyer. Provide the completed I-485 and G-325A, the copy of your spouse's green card (both front and back sides), the copy of I-140 approval notice, the copy of I-485 approval notince, the copy of your marriage certificate, copy of your birthdate ceritificate, copy of your passport information page with the visa page and entry stamp page, your current I-94 (print it out online at: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home), and I-693 physical exam.“
2.支票上一定需要在本人地址下面写上电话号码吗？
3.上次发的支票被USCIS盖了章，说明支票有问题吗？这张支票不能再用了吧？
4.可以用Money Order支付吗？怕支票写的不合要求。

6.USCIS的Rejection Notice(I-797C)需要回邮给他们办公室吗？
7.打了好几天电话也没告诉到底哪里不对。可否放一张纸说如果再次Rejection, 恳请说明具体的问题所在。不知道这种行为是否恰当？
