- My birth certificate with both parents' names
- Relationship Certification (to prove ABC is XYZ’s mom and to prove DEF is XYZ’s father, XYZ is me)
- My parents' Marriage Certificate

- 我结婚后改了Last Name，公民证和结婚证上都有我 Birth Name. 公民证和结婚证是否足够证明XYT (婚后名) was XYZ(出生名)?
- My parents' Marriage Certificate – Is that just for my father's I-130 only? My mom's I-130 does not need it, correct?
