My original I-94 card that came with I797 was lost when my attorney mailed it to Vermont to correct my DOB on it. Now I only have original i797 and a photo copy of I-94 for H1B. I still have I-94 card that I got for my last entry as F-1. Do I have to file I-102 to get an original I-94? What if I have only the photo copy?
