我在给父母准备绿卡材料，现在有个问题，父母的结婚证是2010年补办的，结婚证上的时间是2010年，而且也没注明补办。做了些research, 看到您对类似情况的回复：
1. 去派出所开婚姻状况证明，注明original marriage date, 再公证
我有几个问题：
1. 婚姻状况公证看起来只能公证现在的婚姻状况，已婚还是未婚，能否证明结婚时间？
2. 填表时marriage date 填 date on the marriage liscense which is date of 2010 or the original marriage date in 1970s?
3. should we submit the marriage liscense with 2010 marriage date at all?
