我给太太办理婚姻移民绿卡，我本人是美国公民身份。我们在填写I-944的时候有几个具体问题不清楚怎么填写是正确的，希望得到您的指点：
1. Page 7 - Health Insurance: What is your total annual deductible or annual premium? When does your health insurance terminate or date that it must be renewed?
问题：12月提交申请的话，是否应该把2020年的保险plan和刚刚enroll的2021年的保险policy同时提交？这里应该填2020年的还是2021年的保险信息？
2. Page 11 - Your education and skills: List your educational history below. Include all degrees attained (high school diploma, college degrees or quivalent, etc.)
问题：最高学历是美国研究生毕业，本科是国内毕业，只需要提交最高学历研究生毕业证和大学毕业证就行吗？是否需要国内高中毕业证？
3. 是否需要提供公民一方的出生证？
4. 我太太是否需要开具一个国内无犯罪记录证明？
