各位好！现有一问题请教大家：

我已递交了公民申请，现在审批大约需要十六个月，我的绿卡很快就过期了，请问：我还需要递交绿卡延期申请以保证绿卡有效吗？

Expired green card is ok for N-400 but you need a non-expired ID

It depends. If you have applied for citizenship more than 6 mont

6 months, it’s okay， If less than 6 months, it’s recommended to

6 months before the card expires...

to apply for GC renewal.
