请教8老师和大家关于移民局回信认为我Household Member而不能Joint sponsor helloworld20082022-04-19 19:35:15

 前一阵我在national visa center online 交的材料收到回信并且我的Affidavit of Support Fee Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Evidence 下面显示Invalid doc。 移民局说我不能做Joint sponsor 应该是household member. 我们的情况是妈妈是petioner给弟弟申请移民，但是妈妈没有收入， 和我住在一起，我就把自己作为joint sponsor, 提供了所有的材料。我们的税表上从来没有把我母亲当作dependent。 移民局的两封信件见下， 请问8老师和大家， 有过类似经验吗？ 我应该如何做？

1. Subject: i-864

• 我does not qualify to be a Joint Sponsor. Please add this person as 我母亲的名字's Household Member and submit all of their financial documents under 我's name. Visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864a and submit Form I-864A. FINANCIAL SPONSORSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial sponsors, joint sponsors, and applicants should be aware of responsibilities when signing an I-864 and the consequences for a sponsored immigrant's acceptance of federal means-tested public benefits. 2. Subject: Tax Returns

We are unable to accept these documents as uploaded. Please add 我的名字 as a Household Member under我母亲的名字 . All documents for我的名字 should be submitted under their own name.
