I know the importance of being honest.
But what's going to happen if I admit in I-485 that I was arrested and got pardon from the court outside US before. WILL MY GREENCARD BE AUTOMATICALLY DENIED. In that case, I'd rather say no and try my luck, see if FBI can find it out.
I am so confused now.
Really need advice.
