I am holding H4 visa. I want to go back China. I donot know if I will have troubles when I apply H4 in Beijing, because my spouse submitted I-140 before , but failed. There is a question in DS156. Have you or somebody on behalf of you filed immigration petition? I have to write down "yes". Does this affect my H4 visa approval? Thank you for your advices.
