My family is just wanting to apply H4 visa to join me, could anybody provide a file list for preparation? or please help to check the list in following I made to see if there is anything I missed? Thanks!
1. Copies of my visa, passport, I-797 form (including in My CV), 1-129 form.
2. Marriage certificate (with notarized copy)
3. My son's birth certificate
4. Their passport.
5. Receipt for Application Fee
