The form I-693 must be properly endorsed by the designated civil surgeon to reflet the results of a serologic test(s) for HIV antibody and/or syphilis and returned to this office" 退回的原件只有医生才能打开。可是我已经搬到别的州了。回去很不方便。律师说我可以重新找另一个医生检查一遍。再送到移民局。我问是不是有可能原来的医生忘了签字，她说有可能，但她也不肯定。因为表是封着的。真郁闷。看来只能再做一遍了。问哪位大侠有类似的经历。请分享经验教训。
