I am applying for H-4 visa. But I still have some questions on the I-539 form.
1. In part 1, what's the meaning of "address-in care of-"?
2. In part 3, what I should choose in item 2 and item 3, yes or no?
- My hu*****and changed status from F-1 to H-1. I am currently in OPT.
For reference, the item 2 is:
Is this application based on an extension or change of status already granted to your spouse, child or parent?
The item 3 is:
Is this application based on a separate petition or application to give your spouse, child or parent an extension or change of status?
3. In part 4, 3g indicates that have you, or any other person included in this
application, been employed in the US since last admitted or granted an
extension or change of status?
- Do I need to check "yes" because I have a part-time job now and also did
an intern before?
