Anybody can give some information about the regulation regarding "Travel while H1 extension is pending"?
My current H1 will expire Feb 2004. Company just filed extension. I'm planning to go Canada next week for the weekend.
(Somebody said your extension will be deemed abandoned, that made me worry.)
