Urgent!! I just receive a notice from CIC that I must re-take the photo for Canada PR card at the scheduled date in 1 week since the photo taken at the border when I landed this year is not qualified.
My Imm 1000(landing paper) has been stamped by "NOT VALID FOR TRAVEL" when I landed, I wonder if I can just use Imm 1000 to re-enter Canada by my own US plated car? Anybody can share your experience to re-enter Canada without PR card?
BTW, is there anybody applied Travel Docu. for PR abroad from Canadian consulate in NY city? I find they just accept the application at afternoon of Mon to Thu. Can I get it on the same day or the next day if I apply it in person?
