I-140 approved Nov 02/04, I-485/765/131 submitted Oct 29, 2003, required to submit new photo for 765/131 on Dec 5, 2004 since the old ones are overexposed. Yesterday, 765 approved for my wife and I.
Hope to use the EAD to work for company (currently H1B for University).
