My wife took my baby (he was born in USA) to China at June, 2003. Now she want to come back to USA with our baby.
Is there any problems for my baby re-entering USA? Though my son has the USA passport, I am not sure whether there are some special stuff with such situation.
By the way, my wife and I both hold the Chinese passport and F-1 visa.
