Did or will the Backlog Processing Center's notice of receiving cases (and ask if your employer would continue the processing) come to us beneficiaries or our employers or the employer's representing lawyers?
My case was filed to New Jersey SWA labor Certification unit in October 2002, but none of me, my employer or my lawyer has received any notice from Philadelphia Backlog Processing Center (BPC) yet. Has anyone in New Jersey received anything from Philadelphia BPC? If yes, when? and when was your case filed?
