Here are couple of questions about change from H1 to H4. Could some one with similar experiences help me out?
On I-539
b. Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application?
c. Has a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, ever been filed by you or
by any other person included in this application?
The requested date: should fill in the date matched with my spouse H-1 date or just ask for three years?
By the way, I download the form from USCIS with the "OMB No. 1115-0093; Expires 7/31/04". Is this the right form or there is a newer one.
