My wife is pregnant during her H1b application. Her boss agreed and filed her H1b application three months ago. Now my wife waiting her H1b and her OPT will expired in two weeks. After her boss knew she is pregnant, her boss treat her very badly. My wife still works hard because she wants to keep her job and cheer her boss. But her boss just told her that she will be fired because she can not get her H1b before her OPT expire. What can we do and how to protect foreigns rights in US. Thanks a lot!
