我的I-140 OR OUTSTANDING PROFESSOR OR RESEARCHER GOT APPROVED LAST WEEK。 所以，BASED ON MY APPROVED I-140，我老公正在添他的I-485表。他是F-1正在美国这读书的学生。I-485表中，有一个问题，他不知道是选A 还是选B，请各位大侠赐教。

a. an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been approved. (Attached a copy of the approval notice-or a relative, special immigrant juvenile, or special immigrant military visa petition filed with this application that will give you an immediately available visa number, if approved.)
b. My spouse or parent applied for adjustment of status or was granted lawful permanent residence in an immigrant visa category that allows derivative status for spuses and children.
另外，我在为他添I-864表，同样有一个问题，不知道选A 还是选B，请各位大侠赐教。
