I did the FP on early Oct. 2004, one wek later case status changed to "FP received and processing resumed". Since then status didn't change, but several people who have same ND and did FP at almost same date as mine got approved on Dec 2004. I called USCIS 1-800 to initiate case inquiry on 01/07/2005, on 01/19/2005 online status changed to "we responded to your request for more information concerning your case." I wonder why my case is still pending while others' got approved? Does anyone guess what happened and has similar experience?
