After two years waiting, I got a letter from Buffalo, which want me to provide Medical exam, updated FBI fingerprint, bank statement. DO I need to pay the Right Permanent Residence Fee this time? If I pay it late, could this possibly delay me application? Since I am not sure if I will land to Canada.
