485 submisstion new address thanks32005-01-25 02:57:04

In USCIS website, they said that all 485 should be submitted to their National Processing Center after 12/01/2004. Is this true?

My 140 was submitted to VSC, should I also submit my 485 now to VSC or the National Center?
