I am going to Mexico to get H1 visa, could any one here tell me
1. how to make an appointment with the us embassy?
2. it was said there is a contact person in Mexico would provide help if I pay for his service such as bringing me to the embassy, give me a ride, pick me up from airport... could you tell me how to contact with that guy?
3. I am not sure if the US emabssy in Mexico still open for H1 visa for chinese?
if yes, could you tell me the city name of Mexico where the US embassy is still open?
