I submitted I-485 with two checks(one is $370 for I-485, one is 70$ for fingerprint) three weeks ago, and received two letter form CIS.
one if Receipt Notice (I485 application to adjust to permanent resident status), amount received: $385.OO.
Second letter is Billing Notice ( I485 application to adjust to permanent resident status),in this letter, it said: The above application or petition has been received. Your application was received without the necessary fingerprint fee. Under 8 CFR 103.2(e)(4)(i), this fee of 70$ U.S. must be submitted along with the filing fee for the application/petition. If this office has not received the fee within 87 days,your appilcation will be considered to be abandoned under 8 CFR 103.2(e))40(iii). please attach a check or money order for the fingerprint fee to a copy of this notice and submit the filing to the address listed below.
My question: Should I submit a check(70$) with a copy of the notice to US CIS ? Thanks.
