My case is EB2. According to the contract, I paid my laywer $4500 for myself and my wife for the whole process. I have not got my Labor Certificate yet, but now he is asking for another $1200! The laywer said he did more than what he expected due to the backlog and the changes of the immigration services.
So upset!
