I was holding F1 and I graduated in June. I submitted my application to change
status to resident in May 04 but up to now my case is still pending. In this case,
what status am I for IRS tax filing purpose? I know the 183 days rule but I'm just not sure when should I start counting the days as I'm really confused about my status now.
Anyone know?
