I did ME and submitted other doc. for Canada Immigration (skilled worker) from US last Aug. after the 2nd letter with interview waived. No info. since then. Sent a fax to Buffalo and got a reply that "Your case with officer for final reivew". Does it mean the background check? Did anyone get the same message before, and then how long did you wait for the 3rd letter? I'm in hurry to know it 'cause my OPT is going to end in May. I'll appreciate your info. so much!
