I filed application for F1 to H4 on December,2004 and received the receipt.My spouse's H1B will expires on July,2005.Now he found a new job and needed to transfer his H1B. My question is: Do I need to file a new H4 with his transfer? Since my F1 to H4 is still pending, how can I do with it? Tons of thanks.
