I am in H4 status, living in New york.
I would like to form a limited liability company, which will be operating in China.
(1),would somebody please tell me whether I can form this company by myself(H4) in new york state?does it need work permit or something else?
(2), Must I hire some persons working in this company in New york? if yes, how many is the least legally? in which period?
(3), If the company mainly operate in China, does it violate american law?
