我在2004年I-140批下来了。同年(2004)我递交了I-485。但是
我的I-485仍然在排队等候。
我的问题是：2004年的税，我能不能使用1040NR并且使用
treaty? 如果我使用1040NR表会不会对我今后调整身份产
生影响？

What If You Claim Nonresident Alien Status
on Your Federal Income Tax Return?
If you are an alien who has established residence in the United
States after having been admitted as an immigrant or adjusted
