Hi, I got the immigration visa of Canada and plan to move to the border soon after landing. I plan to transit between CA and USA to go to work. What legal document do I need? Usually visa is not required for re-entry of US if one stays less than 30 days in Canada. In my case, that seems not apply. Do I need to go to Toronto for visa to enter USA?
Another question is that if I do go there, should I bring a lawyer with me for interview so I can have more chances getting return visa?
Once I get visa from US embassy in Toronto, usually how long will it be valid and for hom many entries?
Also, the green card of CA can make it easier to go to Europe and England?
