My lawyer helped me file 2 I140 (NIW and EB1-A) and one I485 in April, 2004 at CA. The I485 is concurrent with EB1A (my lawyer's choice after analysis my case). Now my NIW I140 is approved, and the EB1A asked for evidence. I have already collected the documents for the RFE and I am 95% sure that I will get it approved after RFE. My lawyes's opinion is to withdraw my EB1A I 140 without answering the RFE and transfer my I 485 to the approved I140 (NIW). I agree to transfer the I485 to concurrent with the approved I140, but I still want to submit the documents for EB1a RFE. My lawyer will charge about $500 for help me with the RFE. Please give me your idea on the RFE. Any suggestion are welcome.
