Additional child tax credit or earned income credit (EIC) will affect application of GC?? since you can make money from IRS when you are qualified.

65a: earned income credit (EIC).
The EIC is a credit for certain people who work. The credit may give you a refund even if you do not owe any tax.

67: additional child tax credit.
This cresit is for certain people who have at least one qualifying child as defind in the instructions for line 51 on page 37. the additional child tax credit may give you a refund even if you do not owe any tax.
