Nebraska NIW I140 and I485 mamii2005-04-04 17:20:28

Dear all,

I have submitted the NIW based I140 and I485 to the Nebraska center. Both of them are still pending. I am planning to move to New York. I have three questions below:

(1) After I move to New York, I do not need to resubmit all the applications again to the Vermont Service Center (New York belongs to this center), right?

(2) If I get the RFE for the I140 and I485, I can prepare the RFE materials in New York and reply them to the Nebraska Center, right?

(3) What is the bad effect before the approval if I move to another place in different service center?
