I work with the new EAD(I am on h4 now), will my using of EAD cause any problem of the primary applicant of our I485?
Say, if my 485 is refused, then I have to go back to China, because I lost my status; what about my hu*****and, does he need to go back because my failing 485? He currently work on H1.
