LG的NIW申请140前段事件被据，当时也没有appeal。但突然收到移民局的信，说他们review并reopen了我LG的申请，并要求补充材料。但要求补充材料的信和当初据的信基本一样，说了很多关于申请材料没有persuasively demonstrate his impact in his field. 和据信不同的是结尾要求
Submit documentation in support of the unique contributions offered by the beneficiary which would adversely impact the petitioner, were the process of labor certification applied to the present case.
请问各位大侠是否有遇见过这样的情况，这封信意味着什么？如果准备补充材料的话，要如何准备？
