H1B waiting time ediosa_2005-04-07 09:04:56

I'm holding F1 and my employer is going to sponsor me H1B. If I apply for the H1B valid for work after Oct,2005 and get approved before Jun,2005, do I need to register classes to keep F1 valid? Or just hold the approved H1B till Oct to work?
