I came to the U.S. in 1999 summer and last year started OPT(F-1) and paid both SS tax and medical tax,
1. Which form should I attach to 1040NR to get these two taxes back? Which line should I fill in the 1040NR?
2. Which form should I file to get 5000$ back? does 5000$ mean the money I can all get back or 5000 dollar income that I don't have to pay federal and state tax (which should be around 1600$)?
