My Dear Friends, I need some helps from you guys here. I just become a canadian PR, and I want to sponser my little sister to apply for immigration in family class. Usually, I know, it is impossilbe to sponsor sister or brother, however, my case is a little different. I am devorced during the application, and also I have no kids. Thus I immigrated to Canada myself, no spouse, no dependent child, and no other family member.

I have checked the family class immigration on CIC website, and found that in family class category, it
includes parent, dependent child, orphan brother or sister, and the last one is "If there is no parents, no dependent child, no ummarried orphan sister or brother, and no any of other family member, such as aunt, uncle who is canadian citizen or PR, you can sponsor any one of the family member". From this definition, it seems I can sponsor my sister from my current status.

But I am not sure if I can like this. I understand, maybe many of your guys never think of this situation. If some one are familiar with the Canadian immigration Law, and can give me some suggestions, it will be deeply appreciated. Thanks
