I got my NIW approval today from the VSC. It was filed in Nov 03. However, I see the case was classified as Soviet Scientists. I checked the MITBBS and found that it was due the change of I140 in 2004, and the h(NIW) section was change to i(niw), and h is now the 'Soviet Scientists' section. Lwayers usually say don't bother and leave it alone. I'm just curious if anyone else had such experience.
