I decide to go back china for a visit since there is family matter. My visa statues is HIB transfer to F1 and will graduate by next May. If anybody has similiar case regarding the re-entry visa application? I am not sure how big chance is being rejected. I think I will defenetly get background checking, how long does it take? If anybody did that recently, please share some information.
