My hu*****and is planing to send out green card application (I-140) soon. I am a F-1 student. Can he inclulde me in his application? what would be the possible negative results for me if the application got denied. Can I still apply H-1 visa after he send out I-140? Please give me a suggestion if you has this experience. Thank you very much.
