The attorney sent me e-mail today that my NIW I-140 has been aproved!

NIW I-140 filed 2/04 at CSC, RFE 12/04, replied RFE in 3/05, approved in 4/05
My case is around borderline.
background: 2 Masters degrees in Bioinformatics and CS; 3 papers (2 in regular journals in the field and 1 in conference, none of them is 1st author, some citations); no award,membership,book chapter, invited talks, paper reivew; working in a very small drug discovery start-up.
supporting letters (6 original, all from people who personally know me, 2 from within the company, 2 from previous colleagues, 2 from National Labs; 6 for RFE, 3 from company associated people, 1 from friend's friend, 2 from univiersity professors)
RFE asked letters from people who don't know me.
I worked with Jerry Zhang's office, the attorneys Jane Xu and Victor Bush. I am pretty satisfied with the work done especially for the RFE part.
It is not an ads, but in my opinion, I am not able to do DIY and I don't have the time to do it. I would like to spend money to have experienced people to help me on most part of the case, so that I'll have enough time and energy to collect supporting letters.
I used to consult with some other law offices advertising in this forum, but they think my case cannot go through so they don't take my case.
I've been watching many immigration forums and got the feeling that recently both processing speed and approval rate are increasing. Good luck everyone that is still waiting for the results.
