I am a postdoctoral researcher with H1-B visa. Now I am extending my H1B statue. But the extension procedures (shown below) in our university are very slow
1. Prevailing wage determination: 15-20 days
2. LCA with posting requirement: 15 days
3. USCIS processing (ISC must receive receipt notice): 15 days
Does anybody can give me suggestion how to accelerate these procedures? I am very worried that I can’t get the receipt before the expiration (May 31st) of my current H1-B
