Please help:
I am a US 绿卡 holder, and will have a baby soon, my parents plan to visit me to take care for the baby. As you know they can only stay for 6-month, and another 6-months if the extension gets approved, but I can get my citizenship in one year. In order to have my parents legally staying in the US and applying for their 绿卡, can I help them first to apply for the 绿卡 now when I am a 绿卡 holder, and then reapply for them whenever my citizenship gets approved in one year?
