Now I am apply for family based immigration. My hu*****and, citizen need to provide affidavit of support to support my GC application. However, one out of 3 continous year tax record shows no income because of slowdown of his business.
My questions are:
1. do I have to have another sponsor?
2. can I use my income as supplement. My income is enough to fullfil the requiement?
3. Any other property like realestate, house ( under morgage ) can be considered as supplement?
