Now I am apply for family based immigration. My spouse, citizen need to provide affidavit of support to support my GC application. However, one out of his 3 continous year tax record shows no income because of the slowdown of his business.
My questions are:
1. do I have to have another sponsor?
2. can I use my income ( h1 with 30k annual income ) as supplement?
3. Any other property like realestate, house ( under morgage ) can be considered as supplement?
